How to Shop

Want to shop but don’t know how? No problem!
Below, we’ve prepared a guide to walk you through the entire process, from selecting a product and adding it to your shopping cart to filling in the required information and successfully completing your order.

How to shop?

Shopping starts with selecting a product.
You'll find the offered goods in the upper-left section of the page under the name “E-Shop.” By clicking on “E-Shop,” a list of all products will appear, from which you can immediately choose. You’ll also see subcategories such as “Card Games,” “LEGO,” and “Accessories,” where the products are grouped. Clicking on one of these categories will show only the products in that specific category.

Once you’ve found the item you want to purchase, follow these steps:

• Select the item you’re interested in, then simply click the shopping cart icon to add it to your cart.
• You can continue browsing and adding more products to your cart.
• When you’ve finished selecting your items, review your purchase by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner of the page. There, you’ll see all the items you’ve chosen.
• You can adjust quantities by increasing or decreasing them. If you’ve changed your mind about an item, you can remove it from the cart. You can also return to shopping by clicking “E-Shop” in the upper-left section of the page.

When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click “CONTINUE” in the right section of the cart page.

• Choose your delivery and payment method by clicking on your preferred option. After making your selection, click “CONTINUE” again.
• You’ll be taken to the “Your Information” page, where you’ll fill in your personal and billing details necessary for delivery.
• Review your details carefully, as the next step is to confirm your order by clicking “ORDER WITH PAYMENT OBLIGATION.”

You’ll then see the “ORDER CONFIRMATION” page, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Your order is complete, and you can look forward to receiving your purchased items. From this point, the rest is up to us!

When can you expect your order?

In-stock products
All products marked as “In stock” on the website are physically available, ensuring fast delivery.

Orders placed on weekdays are dispatched within 24 hours.
Depending on the chosen delivery method, you’ll receive your goods either the next day or within two business days of shipment.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible; however, we cannot guarantee against delays caused by our shipping partners.
