Delivery and Payment
Our goal is to minimize the time from order placement to delivery.
For this reason, orders placed on weekdays are dispatched within 24 hours for cash-on-delivery (COD) payments. Orders with advance payment are shipped within 24 hours after the payment is credited to our account.
Delivery providers claim that packages received on a working day will be delivered the next business day, which applies to next-day delivery options.
Thus, for products marked IN STOCK, we offer delivery within 1-2 business days from the time of order.
For orders over €200, shipping and payment are free! Free delivery and payment for orders over €200 apply only within SLOVAKIA.

- Delivery by the next business day after dispatch.
- The postman may attempt direct delivery for smaller parcels but usually stores them at the designated post office. You’ll have 13 business days to collect it.
