The Alter Genesis expansion, released in Japan on September 6, 2019, is part of the Sun & Moon Era with the Japanese set code SM12. It is the final set in the Japanese Sun & Moon series and serves as a precursor to the English Cosmic Eclipse expansion.
This set features Arceus & Dialga & Palkia-GX as the flagship Tag Team GX card, along with Pokémon and Trainer cards inspired by the Sinnoh region and themes of cosmic creation. It also includes several other Tag Team GX cards and powerful support cards that enhance gameplay.
Each box contains 30 booster packs. Each booster pack contains 5 cards.
